Even non-customers can use this platform for queries related to the bank’s products, services, offers and location of ATMs and branches.

Bank of Baroda has launched its banking services on WhatsApp. The services on the messaging app include balance inquiry, mini statement, cheque status enquiry, cheque book request, blocking of debit card and information on the bank’s products.

To activate WhatsApp Banking services, one needs to follow these steps:

Register: Save the bank’s WhatsApp business account number 8433 888 777 in your mobile contact list

Send message: Send “HI” on this number using WhatsApp platform and initiate the conversation
